dbell wifi video doorbell is compatible with Wifi 802.11b / g / n, 2.4 GHz (encryption with WPA, WPA2). Working broadband internet connection with an upload speed of at least 0.5 Mbps.

I got my Dbell last week produt is Amazing. It work great.
Also customer service is great I submit ticket online for help in setup dbell within 24 hour they respond and call me for help they guide me step by step on phone they are there on phone for 30 minute with patience untill dbell is setup. It was great experience . I am gona buy another one only because of this nice experience.

Just got mine today, and the setup was somewhat a breeze… FYI to anyone having problems, make sure your network is NOT hidden, at least for the initial setup. I had to make mine visible to get setup completed. On another note… where are the PC and Browser tutorial videos?!

Super easy to install and set-up. If you read and watch their install video; you can be up and running in less than 15 minutes (assuming you have your low voltage doorbell wires or ethernet cable already available to power the dbell. Picture is perfect, sound is pretty good, and the best part of all, it connects 100% of the time. I was in the passenger seat of a car going 65 MPH with 3 bars of LTE coverage with AT&T and the dbell connected on demand in 2-3 seconds. dbell is DBEST!

My Dbell is working great so far. Just wanted to communicate with other backers that the Dbell install was straightforward when replacing existing push button doorbell. Followed basic instructions for setup and there were no issues. Had to contact support to figure out IP address for use with my BlueIris security system; after quick download from website it setup like any other IP addressable camera!! I record 24/7 and let Dbell app handle 2-way audio and doorbell rings. You’ll love it.

I had R**g doorbell for a few months over a year ago and gave up on their monthly fee and limited reliability, and then became an early adopter of the original dBell. The dBell was fantastic and with heavy use of the product, I had the opportunity to speak with the owner on suggestions and it was amazing to see how quickly they integrated that into the original app and this product. Folks go for it these guys are great to work with. I just picked up Family Combo for higher pic quality to try.

3 Month feedback on dbell HD…Fantastic. I have had zero issues. I am using the dbell with Blue Iris and it has worked flawlessly. I have full time 24/7 recording via my security server. Guys, this really is the game changing feature for this doorbell cam (IP ONVIF addressable). I wanted to also share that a family member has had nothing but issues with installing a Ring Pro. She’s paid electricians who can’t get it to work. Dbell installed easily and just worked. Keep the faith, its worth it.

I want to thank you for not letting me down. As you know, I received the new dbell and it works well. I sent the original dbell back yesterday. Sorry for the delay, but I have not been going out due to the extreme heat. The pictures I am getting are perfect. I am not hearing it well because it only rings on the one plugin, but my dog lets me know there’s someone at the door and I then look at my phone. Thank you again for putting up with my complaints.

For the backers:A few tips may help My Router has both 5Ghz and 2.5 I was unaware my phone was connected to 5Ghz and couldnt find the dBell. I had to disconnect my phone off the 5Ghz and reconnect the phone to 2.5ghz before I was succesfull.
To pair the indoor bell, select the chime(there’s loads) hold down vol and chime select on the side then press the Dbell button. Repeat the same to pair the separate push button. AAA+++ to dBell team

The new Dbell live is a fantastic product ! Before I go any further I cannot stress enough that there is a massive difference between the greatly improved live HD model and the previous one . I urge any shopper who has read any negative reviews to consider this as this company has made many great improvements to make this latest HDlive Dbell live up and surpass my expectations .
Being a sole business owner , it was the perfect solution to be to have this camera at my shop while I’m not at my shop if needing to be on the road on a call or just having a slow day and wanting to be “open” without being there.
This camera has made me hundreds and no doubt in time thousands of dollars in what would have been lost revenue because while at one location, my smart phone would alert me in a speedy time to the point the customer hasn’t even got out of thier car yet to approach my business door whee I am now engaged and ready to sell and book them to save the sale because I can now be “cyberly” at my shop 24/7 .
Simply hanging a sign on your door does not quarantee customers will phone a cell number to reach you HOWEVER , keeping your sign turned to “open ” even when your not there gets a customer out of thier car to approach the door where they are greeted by yourself before they even had a choice to push the dbell button to call you. This is huge. You’ve greeted the customer before they even put their hand on the door handle which means a saved potential customer .
Thankyou Dbell for allowing a sole owner finally be able to be at 2 or 3 places at once.

“I spent a lot of time looking for a smart doorbell that would also: 1) work as an IP camera with my Synology Surveillance Station and 2) support stand-alone chimes so that I don’t always have to have my phone on me. Most of the other smart doorbells either do not support always-on IP camera functionality/separate chimes, are prohibitively expensive or need a separate monthly subscription. I finally came across the dBell HD Live and am really happy with it:
Pros:
– works as an IP camera
– HD
– night vision
– doorbell functionality works great
– separate chime works great
– water-proof
– comparatively easy to install (I re-used my old doorbell wires, after replacing the transformer from 8V AC to 12V AC)
– looks good
– RJ45 port
– dBell customer support is responsive and tries to
Cons:
– app works well but could use a visual update
– wire clamps at the back of the camera can break so be careful when pushing them down
– some nightvision “rings” at the edge of the lens
– ONVIF does not work well for some reason so I had to manually add the RTSP stream (which works fine – see the knowledge base articles)
– dBell use DHL to ship internationally which seem to be slow to deliver
– some of the knowledge base articles on dBell are not up to date (e.g., differenct rtsp syntax are given)
Overall, I’d buy the dBell again.

I’m really happy with my purchase! I love that visitors can leave a video message even when I’m not home. I also receive a lot of packages in the mail so it helps to know when the packages were dropped off and not have to worry about someone walking away with my packages. Our dbell has been running now for a few days. We had some complications with our router signal strength and had t but a WiFi extender. This solved signal strength problems and dbell tech support was super at solving the other issues. In fact, they were able to update the firmware remotely and even completed our setup for us. One of the most positive experiences with any tech support department of any company we have had the pleasure to deal with.
The dbell is something we are recommending to friends, and we would buy it again if we had to repeat the experience. The picture is very clear during the day and grey at night (expected). There is a street light shining in our direction and the camera does a darned good job in spite of this.
One thing I should mention in fairness. We were able to set the dbell up within range of our router very easily. The WiFi range extender complicated things and tech support dealt with the other manufacturers product without complaint. We can’t praise dbell’s excellent support people enough.
